⚙️ Key function (how it works)

1. Electric activation

• When you press the brake pedal in the tow vehicle, a brake controller sends 12V power to the trailer brakes.
• This energizes an electromagnet inside the brake assembly.

2. Friction braking

• The magnet sticks to the rotating drum surface.
• This pulls a lever that forces the brake shoes outward against the drum.
• The friction slows or stops the trailer.

3. Self-adjusting system (Nev-R-Adjust feature)

• Unlike manual brakes, this system automatically adjusts shoe clearance during normal forward braking.
• It maintains optimal contact between the shoe and drum without manual tuning.
